AI Lectures From Tokyo

You are possibly using an outdated browser (probably Netscape 3 or 4). This site makes heavy use of modern standards that are not supported by this generation of browsers. You are therefore not experiencing the site in its full capacity. We urge you to consider upgrading to Mozilla or another standards-compliant browser. We strongly discourage the use of Internet Explorer due to security reasons. If you are using a text-based browser, then ignore this. I would be very interested to hear your impressions.

The TokyoLectures.org community

An important goal of the AI Lectures from Tokyo is to create a global community in the field of modern Artificial Intelligence. To achieve this we provide you with current information about people and sites involved in this project, as well as with some tools for communicating with them.

Students
In the students section you will find information that may help you to organize your group work and that gives you an impression of the rich diversity of students attending the lecture series.
Staff
The staff section is all about the people who helped and still help involved in realizing the project. Don't hesitate to contact the staff members in case of questions, remarks, suggestions, or comments.
Sites
To learn more about the other sites, please check out the sites section, where our partner sites introduce themselves.

We provide you with two additional tools for communication: The forum and an online chat room

Forum
In the Forum section you may communicate with one another about any topic you like in an asynchronous way. Write a question, answer other people's queries, start new discussions or just check out what other people have written.
Chat room
For synchronous communication, use the chat room. If you make an appointment, please consider the time difference between the different sites.

We hope that these tools will support you to get your work done and help to make this lecture series an exciting platform for intercultural communication.
